Sunny Brook Cottages is a year-round cottage colony. We have ten cottages, most with real wood-burning fireplaces and kitchens, all with cable TV. Many cottages sit next to the Swift Brook. The rates range from $43 to $125, depending on the cottage, the season, and how long you stay. If you stay 7 nights, you get the 7th free. Pets are welcome. Sunny Brook Cottages is located in Albany, just four miles south of Conway.
